Fix Weapon 3D View POV Mode Animation Bug

Procedures to reproduce:

1. Open `3D View`.

2. Switch to POV mode.

3. Press `F` to inspect weapon.

4. When the inspect animation is about to end, hold down `F`.

5. Arm will glitch about one frame before next inspect animation starts.

Found this on ak and mp7, not sure if any other model will glitch too.
