Only Show Non-Case Collections in the "Collections" Tab

I don't think that doubling case collections in the "Collections" tab makes much sense. It's basically the same thing as in the "Cases" tab, it just clutters the tab and makes it harder to reach non-case collections.

Case collections should be only reachable through a case page itself, not the "Collections" tab.
