Add Ability to Preview Weapon & Glove Combinations

You can already see a preview of each skin ingame, it would be great to have a more interactive one where you can select what knife/weapon and what glove is seen at the preview, so you as example don't have to join csskin test servers and can directly see there if a combination would look great
